Very fast shipping. The packaging and the travel case are really good-looking. The stand looks a little fragile and I am afraid it will break under the weight of the machine. Somebody mentioned the preparation time: when you are traveling in a place where no other coffee options are available, I would say - it is great to wait 4 minutes.
A small ground coffee container that fits the travel case would be a good addition.
What I really don't know how to prevent is due to the pressure, the initial few drops of coffee frops are spread partly outside of the provided cup.
Another thing is - while no adjustments for the extracted quantity the first dosage is too little for my taste, but I found I can use the "cold extraction" button right after the hot extraction is finished, so I can make a good long dose. So now I find this feature great. You can choose between short and long coffee.
I am grateful, that somebody designed and made this kind of machine.
I'll test it with Nesspresso and with DG capsules, although I refrain from using capsules. The benefit of having the choice is sometimes the environment is not that clean and you prefer to clean fewer tools. Thus capsules are a better choice.
What else: The case could be better organized. Can't tell how but it has to have some more space. I don't feel comfortable trying to save the cardboard with the chargers from being damaged.
Overall: Very good experience with room for improvement.
