The coffee machine looks good, it is quiet. I am using it for Nespresso capsules. The shipping was fast. I would recommend it.

The Hibrew 5 in 1 Capsule Espresso machine H3A is a relly great product for people who drink coffee every day, and maybe different type of capsules. It's a great design, very good value for this price. The only thing is maybe what need to be upgraded is the space for some bigger coffe pot, and the dirty water claimer, thoose are a little too small.

I visited a local exhibition in Dubai where I saw Hibrew's espresso machines. I liked the model that could brew different types of espresso. So, I ordered it online.

But, when I got the machine, I was disappointed. It didn't match the quality I saw at the exhibition. The items were light and delicate, not well-made like I expected. The packaging was unprofessional. And the machine wasn't easy to use – some parts seemed unnecessary.

To make things worse, the machine's performance didn't match its price. I tried to return it, but I haven't heard back from Hibrew.

The only good part was the easy online order and quick delivery. Overall, I'm unhappy with the product and hope my feedback helps improve their products and service.

I recommend this machine for those who want use multiple coffee capsules. Coffe machine is solid, simple to use. One disadvantage is more noisy run and vibration of cup during making coffee but its19bar pressure . Shipping was fast from EU warehouse, good packing.
