Order shipped with long delay and no gift

At purchase time, Customer Support told me it would have been shipped 3-7 days after payment. It got shipped 3 weeks after . On week 2 I contacted them back and asked for a gift to make it fair for this delay . We agreed an bottomless handler. However it hasn’t been shipped with the machine and since then customer support is not really answering my email asking for it. I just got a “I’m reviewing” response.

Love absolutely everything on the machine. The only thing that is terrible is that the milk jug handle broke off on the 2nd use.

Nice features, lacks PID complexity

Features on this machine are very good for the price. Love the flow control settings. However when brewing close to 95C, if your shot takes a little longer than it would normally (especially when still dialing) the PID tends to sky rocket the temperature above 100 and brewing almost stops because there's only steam being injected into the group head. The way I work around it is letting off some of the steam from the steam wand while brewing, but that does drop the pressure quite significantly. I'm still trying to find a good median for the temperature while trying not to sacrifice the nominal brewing temperatures for the lighter roasts.
Overall a nice machine, but that PID needs more R&D, it looks too simple, just because it tends to go way off reasonable bounds in some instances.

Great machine & features

I love the features, general quality of parts, included items. Excellent purchase in my opinion. However, I’m a little concerned about the leveling handle, it’s a little loose and could break with the usage.
