رمز الخطأ E-1:
يكون مقبض البخار في وضع مفتوح عند تشغيل الجهاز.
الحل: قم بتدوير مقبض البخار في اتجاه عقارب الساعة لإغلاقه وإيقاف البخار.
رمز الخطأ E-2:
خزان المياه فارغ، أو مسحوق القهوة الناعم تسبب في الضغط الزائد.
حل:

قم بإعادة ملء خزان المياه بكمية كافية من الماء.

قم بضبط حجم طحن مسحوق القهوة لتجنب تراكم الضغط الزائد.

Hello,
I own the HiBrew H10A and the steamer is not working anymore. There is only a tiny bit of water coming out of the steamer. Strangely, a lot water is coming instead out of the puck holder when I turn the knob. How can this be solved? I tried it at 92 and 130 degrees. I cleaned and descaled the machine and only use filtered water.
